Fabrication

Fabrications Direct offer specialist sheet metal product manufacturing, steel fabrication and engineering, including a full design and prototyping service.

Rolling

We have various section rolling machines that allow us to radius upto 100mm hollow section to a tight 500mm radius.

Typical applications include: handrails for spiral staircases, large metal arches, railings, street furniture, gates and railings.

 

Punching

Our 30 ton punching machines have approximately 300 different tools ensuring whatever your punching requirements are we can meet them all.

If a tailored punch is required we will venture to fulfill your requirements.

We also have a Kingsland steelworker that is extremely versatile and is designed to enable multiple punching applications.

 

Welding

We specialize in mild steel Mig welding from 0.5mm to 15mm thick steel plate welding.

We also undertake specialized metal welding such as stainless steel Tig welding, Stud welding, Aluminium Tig welding and Arc welding.

 

Shearing

We can shear a various range of materials from 0.5mm to 6mm thick, up to 3 metres long.
